We are almost there. Lerian and Bradbury completed their part of the project today. The remaining work is plumbing and electrical followed by inspections and then Certificate of Occupancy. The inspector has told us that we can use the dock before getting the COC. Starting on *Saturday, 06 April and not before*, the slip holders may begin returning to their assigned spaces. No electrical or water services will be available for 2 weeks - about 17 April. Please be aware that without power there is no lighting on the dock. Usage of the dock should be during daylight hours until the lighting is returned. Usage of the dock after dark will be at your own risk.
New for 2013: Slip Waiting List – A onetime, non-refundable fee of $100 is now required to remain on or be added to the slip waiting list. The fee will be applied to your slip rental when you are assigned a slip. Individuals on the wait list will no longer be required to sign up annually to maintain their position on the list. If you are currently on the list, payment of the $100 must be received by February 23rd, 2013 (at CAGID) or you will be removed from the list.
