While only Hillsmere Shore residents or lot owners can get a sticker for their car, any resident can request a guest pass (good for a range of dates) when family or friends are visiting.

How to apply for a Guest Pass

1. Call the HSIA Administrative Officer @ 410-263-4456 and leave a voice mail with the following information:
   
   a. Your full name
   b. Your full address
   c. The dates the pass is needed
   
   

2. Display the issued pass on the dashboard of the guest vehicle while using all Hillsmere Shores facilities.
   
   

3. If you are planning a function using the Beach Pavilion, you will need to request a guest pass for each vehicle that will be parked at the beach parking lot.
