GENERAL MEMBER GUIDELINES (NON-VOTING MEMBERS)  

1)      You must be a resident or property owner in Hillsmere Shores.

2)      You must purchase a General Membership directly from the HPA.

3)      A General Membership cannot be held for more than 2 seasons unless a Charter membership is not available.

4)      The dues for the membership are $390 per season plus a $100 non refundable deposit. If you purchase a Charter Membership after or within 2 seasons, the $100 deposit will be refunded to you.  If you do not purchase a Charter Membership after or within 2 seasons, the $100 deposit is not refundable.

5)      If a Charter Membership is not available after 2 seasons, you may continue to purchase a General Membership without losing your deposit. However you will be expected to purchase a Charter Membership as soon as one is available.

6)      To find out if a General Membership is available, please contact Holly Smith at  poolmembership@hillsmereshores.net . Please include your name, phone number and address in your e-mail. 

CHARTER MEMBER GUIDELINES (VOTING MEMBERS)

 1)      You must be a resident or property owner in Hillsmere Shores.

2)      You may purchase a Charter Membership from a current Charter Member or the HPA if they are available.

3)      The price of the charter is negotiated between you and the party selling the charter. If a charter is available directly from the HPA, the price of a charter will be approximately $500.

4)      The dues for the membership are $340 per season.

5)      As long as you have a Charter Membership, you must pay the seasonal dues whether you use the pool or not.

6)      If you do not pay your annual dues, your membership will be revoked.  You may sell your charter membership to another Hillsmere resident or property owner at any time.

8)      You will be required to complete and return a transfer form along with your season dues before the sale is considered complete and you can use the pool.  Click here to download a transfer form.
